Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Information.
1.1. Discreet delivery. All of our packages are shipped discreetly from our multiple warehouses in plain packaging, with “GadgetVerse OÜ” as the name on the return address.
1.2. Order Fulfilment Time. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 (and up to 10) business days from the day the order was completed. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.
1.3. Shipping Methods. We use the Correos Express, SEUR, DPD, GLS, DHL, NACEX, MRW and UPS (“third-party service providers”) to ship our orders. We will not be liable for loss or damage of orders shipped via third-party service providers (including all orders shipped to APO, FPO & PO Box addresses).
1.4. We trust our delivery carriers, who to do their best to deliver orders on time as advertised, but we cannot guarantee shipping times when carriers fall behind.
1.5. International Customers and Shipping Choices. Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country’s laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. Gadget Verse is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.
1.6. We ship from different warehouses located worldwide and at times larger orders may be split and shipped from multiple warehouses. In this case you will receive multiple tracking codes and will be able to track each individual package. You will always pay a single shipping charge as quoted upon checkout. We pay the additional costs of multiple shipments when relevant.
1.7. Backorder Items. Most products we sell are in stock at the time of ordering to ensure prompt delivery of orders. Occasionally we advertise items that are not immediately in stock, which may take 3-5 business days to deliver. Product availability is displayed on the product description page on the website. For example, an item that is not in stock will show the following availability message on the product description web page: Availability: Out of stock.
1.8. Undeliverable Packages. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive a parcel, etc.) we will notify you by email. If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on the part of Gadget Verse or of the delivery service, then Gadget Verse will either replace the order for you or refund all charges, at your choice.
1.9. We ask for your patience and understanding if it’s a little later than you would usually expect.
2. Delivery costs and options.
2.1. The charge for shipping your order is determined by the weight and size of the products ordered and the shipping method you choose. Our automated system calculates your shipping charge and displays it for you at the time you choose your shipping method. Shipping charges will change with each additional item that is added to your cart. 2.2. You can save more on shipping by increasing their basket size instead of making single item orders.
When you place an order, you can choose the delivery options at checkout.

3.1. Packing Constraints:
In accordance with the norms and standards set by the international aviation organizations, products containing flammable liquids, compressed gases, liquid gases, oxidizing agents, and flammable solids are subject to packaging constraints based on their volume. If your order contains such product(s), it may be delivered in multiple packages.
3.2. Shipments Stuck at Customs:
For each purchase made by the customer through our Website, it is understood that the recipient in the destination country will be considered the “Importer of Record.” As such, the recipient must adhere to all laws and regulations of the destination country pertaining to the products purchased through our Website.
If the shipment is detained during customs clearance processes due to missing or inadequate paperwork, documents, declarations, government licenses, or certificates required from the ‘Importer of Record’, the courier company typically handles this aspect, however:
- In the event that the ‘Importer of Record’ fails to provide the necessary documents and paperwork to the customs authorities, resulting in the confiscation of the product(s), We will not issue a refund. Therefore, we strongly advise that you make advance preparations and promptly submit the relevant documents when requested by the customs authorities.
- If the shipment is returned to our warehouse due to missing or absent paperwork from the customer’s end, a refund will be issued. However, this refund will only be processed after deducting the return shipping charges from the product purchase price. It’s important to note that the shipping and customs charges will not be included in the refund.
3.3. Undeliverable Shipments/Refused Shipment Returned:
When a shipment is approved by customs authorities, the respective courier company will contact the customer to arrange for delivery of the order. However, if the customer fails to respond, refuses delivery, or declines to pay the applicable duties and taxes upon delivery, the shipment will be returned to the country of origin.
In such cases, the customer may file a refund claim. If the shipment meets the criteria for a refund according to GadgetVerse OÜ Return Policy, GadgetVerse OÜ will refund the price of the goods from the affected shipment only. Please note that shipping and custom charges will not be included in the refund, and the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the total price of the affected goods.
If the shipment is not returned, or if the product(s) is deemed non-returnable, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
3.4. Prohibited Items & Import Restricted items in the Destination Country:
We endeavour to comply with laws and regulations, ensuring that the products meet the necessary regulatory and safety standards in their respective countries. However, it’s important to note that not all products listed on our Website may be available for purchase in your country of destination. We do not make any promises or guarantees regarding the availability of specific products in your country of destination.
All products purchased on our Website are subject to the export regulations and trade and tariff regulations of any jurisdiction. Given the extensive range of products available on our Website, it can be challenging to filter out items that may not be eligible for shipment due to country-specific customs regulations and procedures.
The customer who purchases product(s) through our Website and/or the recipient of the product(s) in the destination country bears sole responsibility for ensuring that the product(s) can be lawfully imported into the destination country. We and our affiliates do not provide any assurances, representations, or guarantees regarding the legality of importing any product(s) purchased on our Website into any country worldwide. If the product(s) ordered are restricted, prohibited, or not approved by the customs clearance authorities in the destination country, the customer is not eligible for a refund.

How can I track my order?
When your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to Delivery Service website where you can track it.
Is Gadget Verse packaging discreet?
We provide discreet delivery in boring brown boxes and envelopes so nobody knows what’s inside.
What is your Returns and Refunds policy?
At Gadget Verse, we’re not happy unless you are, which is why we offer a 14 working day free returns policy. We also offer a 2 year product guarantee. Learn more about our Returns policy on our Website.
What if I’m out when my order arrives?
If you’re out when your package is delivered, your mail person will find a safe place to leave your parcel or will take it to the nearest Post Office. They will leave a card explaining how you can collect your parcel.
Orders will be held at your nearest Post Office for 10 working days before being returned to us.
Don’t forget to take the delivery notification (collection card, SMS, email) and some photo identification document registered to your delivery address when you collect your order in person.
What if my order doesn’t arrive when I expect it to?
